DAL Global Services Airport Customer Experience Product Manager in Atlanta, Georgia
Delta Global Services, a wholly owned subsidiary of Delta Air Lines, Inc., has an Airport Customer Experience Product Manager Job in Atlanta, GA through our Staffing Division. In the Airport Customer Experience Product Manager Job the candidate willbe responsible for development and management of actionable product investment plans that enhance both the Brand and the passenger experience in the airport space. The Product Manager will be responsible for the ideation, research, design business case and strategy development of meaningful, innovative and relevant experience within the airport/ground portion of the customer journey.
Work in specific segments (e.g., premium customers) or the overall experience.
Partner with teams across the company to drive both domestic and international NPS growth via initiatives impacting the Airlines’ airport experience.
As the advocate for the customer, a successful candidate must be comfortable drawing insights from customer data, developing business cases for customer friendly initiatives, working with internal and external partners to drive projects forward, and creating high-level communication and presentations for leadership. This position will require the ability to work cross functionally with our Airport Customer Service, Information Technology and Corporate Real Estate partners.
The position will be located in Atlanta and report to the Manager – Airport Customer Experience.
Primary Functions Include:
Developing and leading product enhancing initiatives, which includes analyzing qualitative and quantitative data, creating business cases and overseeing implementation, to ensure the Airlines’ continued leadership position in the industry.
Managing the operational aspects of specific premium products and services delivered by the Airlines.
Working with internal and external partners to develop the look and feel of Airlines’ airport experience offerings to continue delivering industry leading customer experiences.
Representing the customer’s point of view in various cross-functional working groups and committees.
4 years' experience
Knowledge of company’s Internal network and airports served.
Experience using analytic tools (e.g., Brio, SQL, SAS) preferred.
Proven strategic and creative thinking supporting passion for the customer.
Demonstrated problem solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal (e.g., presentations, business cases).
Ability to collaborate cross functionally.
Project management experience preferred.
