DAL Global Services Care Fund Business Development Coordinator in Atlanta, Georgia

Overview

Delta Global Services, a wholly owned subsidiary of Delta Air Lines, Inc., has a Care Fund Business Development Coordinator Job in Atlanta, GA through our Staffing Division. In the Care Fund Business Development Coordinator Job, the candidate willsupport the nonprofit and the board of directors in the day to day operation of the funds. The Business Development Coordinator will be responsible for the back office financial, analytical and audit functions of the Care and Scholarship Funds.

Responsibilities:

  • Financial reporting and auditing.

  • Legal documentation and eligibility (CF & SF).

  • Analytics, reporting.

  • Fundraising technology.

  • Process deposits/donation letters/pledge forms.

  • Office shipments, inventory.

  • Maintain SharePoint Team site, update Company.Net portal and Social Media page.

  • Periodic grant application management as vacation relief.

  • Coordinate initial scholarship eligibility verification processes.

Qualifications:

  • Must possess strong problem solving, decision making, time management, organizational and administrative skills and perform with a high level of accuracy.

  • Should have excellent interpersonal, oral/written communication and presentation skills.

  • Must have strong customer service skills, ability to maintain strict confidentiality regarding applications, communicate effectively during stressful situations, diffuse emotionally charged situations and communicate without opinion on very personal situations.

  • Should be flexible in managing/coping with change in direction and priorities.

  • Must be able to work effectively in a team environment.

  • Ability to handle multiple assignments simultaneously and work in a fast paced environment with limited supervision.

  • Must be able to prioritize work based on multiple factors.

  • Must have results oriented customer focus for internal and external customers and resolve difficult customer requests.

  • Must be skilled in Microsoft Excel, Access, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint and Outlook.

  • Strong financial background and experience working with bank statements, excel data and financial statements.

  • General knowledge of publishing tools, Adobe Acrobat and SharePoint Team Sites.

  • Experience in similar nonprofit organizations in either the public or private sector Overall knowledge of Company’s organizational structure, company policies and procedures.
